Shipping & Delivery

We ship promptly with domestic orders going out the same or next business day. Orders ship USPS or UPS depending upon your selection during checkout. We do negotiate discount shipping rates and will pass these savings on to you. If you select our free shipping offer, we will choose the method of shipping. For free shipping, typically lighter weight boxes will go USPS with heavier items shipping UPS. Free shipping offer is only valid in the US.
When possible, you will be provided with multiple shipping options and pricing prior to purchase. Tracking information is provided when the label is generated. Please allow time for packages to picked up by the carrier and scanned before information is available. If an order is delayed or misdirected, please use this tracking information to place a claim or delayed package inquiry. We are not responsible for lost, returned, or misdirected packages due to an incorrect address or other factors beyond our control. Please double check your information prior to completing your order.

All documents with personal information not shipped directly to you with your order are destroyed.

Returns & Replacements

You may return unused and resalable items to Barclay Crocker within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. You must contact us prior to return. You will be provided with a return number and address to use for your return. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return brings your order total below the level for free shipping, this shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. Returns must have a valid return number in order to receive credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Some products include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however, we are not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.

We make every attempt to provide accurate descriptions and maintain proper inventory levels. If you have any questions at all regarding a product, please feel free to contact us prior to ordering. Some items can be back ordered/pre-ordered if we do not have sufficient quantities. If we can't fullfill a backorder within 30 days, you will receive a credit for any charges made to your account. If you cancel a backorder, we reserve the right to charge a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
Please check your order carefully prior to completing your purchase. Once submitted, an order may not be changed or cancelled.

We are security minded and keep our site software up to date for your protection. You should always see a security symbol in your browser's address bar when entering your payment information. We never store your sensitive credit card data. This information is always handled solely by the credit card processor to keep your information safe.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may occasionally run promotions. Most promotions are limited to on-hand quantities and may end early when these quantities run out. We do provide the ability to view prior orders to facilitate easy reorders. You can also check on the status of a recent order or back order. To make this system easier to use, we recommend opening an account on this site.
