Shipping and Returns

Once an order is placed you will immediately receive a copy of the order to keep for your records.

We process your order the same or next business day. If there is any delay we will let you know.

Orders are shipped f.o.b. Effingham, New Hampshire, USA 03882 via USPS Priority Mail. Certain orders may have other options.

If you have a US P O Box, please use this during checkout for prompt delivery.

No Signature Required.

We do not accept orders by mail or email. Please use our online store.

 

Our Priority Mail shipping charges within the USA are as follows:

Up to $25.00 - 6.95 shipping

$25.00 to $99.00 - 7.95 shipping

Over $99.00 - FREE SHIPPING

Based on the size of your order, you may be presented with other shipping options.

 

International Orders

USPS is used for most International orders. (We reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx for certain international orders.) The website will calculate the shipping options for you. Should there be an issue, it will default to the highest rate. We will refund any excess shipping charges automatically when your order ships. Should the system not be able to calculate, we will contact you with correct shipping costs. Failure to call us back in 48 may result in restocking fee of 15% before issuing credit.

 

NOTE: Aftershaves and colognes can not ship outside the US.

 

If your international order contains any alcohol based items, we will remove them, credit the item(s) purchase price to you and ship the rest of your order. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for ordering these items to go overseas. (This does not apply to orders shipping within the US.)

Customers receive an email specifying delivery date and tracking information. Please check tracking as you receive to note arrival date.

If we can not ship your package due to an incorrect or unacceptable address, we will contact you for corrected information. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded less a 15% restocking fee.

There are no refunds for lost or misdirected orders. This includes incorrect, refused, undeliverable, or unforwardable addresses.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied, you may return your order within seven day of receipt at your expense - unopened and in perfect condition - to address below - We will issue a return to your charge card, deducting a re-stocking fee of 15%.
